Still Time to Fight HB 4213 in Ill-Annoy

Well the committee hearing for HB 4213 in Illinois is today at 2:00 PM. I have both faxed and emailed letters (one long version and one short version).

Please, please, please, contact these representatives and let them know you oppose HB 4213 and you wish for them to vote "NO" regarding the bill.

*EDIT* I have received responses from two of the reps.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about breed specific legislation. I have opposed the type of legislation in the 2005 session that would target specific breeds and continue to have grave concerns. If the bill makes it to the House floor for debate, I will study the final language and reflect upon your material. I feel that HB4238 is a better, more responsible solution than banning an entire breed.
